Because insight alone does not always change what the body has learned. This retreat offers space to explore relationship patterns through awareness, embodied practice and conscious connection.
THE EXPERIENCE
The Art of Relating is an intimate journey into how we meet ourselves and one another. Through teaching, embodied practice, rest and honest human connection, we explore the patterns that shape closeness, distance, trust and choice.
Guided by Prakash Chegu, the retreat weaves Kundalini Yoga, transformational teaching, embodied practice and a conscious exploration of relationship into one progressive journey.
This is not about performing transformation. It is about creating the conditions in which truth, presence and a more conscious way of relating can emerge.
THE PRACTICE BEHIND THE JOURNEY
Each morning begins with Kundalini Yoga led by Prakash, creating the foundation for the day’s teaching, embodied exploration and integration.
A DAILY RHYTHM
Each full day unfolds through morning Sadhana, breakfast, midday teaching, spacious time for rest and integration, dinner, and an evening practice or shared experience.
WHO THIS IS FOR
For individuals and couples ready to explore relationship patterns, boundaries, closeness and conscious intimacy with honesty, curiosity and personal responsibility. No previous Kundalini experience is required.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
This is not a party retreat, a passive holiday or a quick fix. It is for those willing to participate, respect personal boundaries and meet the experience with presence.
YOUR PRIVATE HOME
For six nights, Villa Elements becomes our private retreat home — a secluded setting for practice, rest and connection. Six en-suite bedrooms, a dedicated yoga space, tropical gardens and a rooftop pool create a natural rhythm between shared experience and personal space.
THE JOURNEY
Each day opens the next layer, with enough space for the experience to be lived rather than rushed.
MONDAY · DECEMBER 7
A gentle landing at Villa Elements, with time to settle into your room, meet the group and arrive into the shared experience.
TUESDAY · DECEMBER 8
The first full day establishes the rhythm of the retreat through morning Sadhana, teaching, nourishment and spacious integration.
WEDNESDAY · DECEMBER 9
Practice and teaching deepen into a more conscious exploration of how we meet ourselves and one another.
THURSDAY · DECEMBER 10
A quieter day devoted to embodied awareness, Ayurvedic wellbeing, restoration and the space to listen more deeply.
FRIDAY · DECEMBER 11
A day of practice, teaching and connection, balanced by free time at the villa or an optional experience in the nature of Tulum.
SATURDAY · DECEMBER 12
The final full day brings the journey together through practice, reflection, traditional ceremony and a shared closing.
SUNDAY · DECEMBER 13
A quiet final morning to reflect, honour what has shifted and prepare to carry the experience into everyday life.
The schedule may evolve to support the natural rhythm of the group.
